About Anchored Integrations

A fractional leadership firm built on operations and infrastructure

We help growing brands align marketing, operations, and technology so the whole business pulls in one direction.

Founder

Stephen Matich

Stephen founded Anchored Integrations after a career that ran through operations before it reached marketing. He managed service delivery at a managed service provider and ran operations at a managed print services company, then moved into marketing leadership with a business administration degree in marketing behind him.

That path explains how we work. DNS, hosting, server administration, deliverability, and compliance are part of the job here, sitting right next to brand, positioning, and campaigns. WordPress is our home platform, and we build on Elementor.

Today Anchored Integrations works at the fractional CMO, COO, and CTO level across several brands at once, with a focus on industries where marketing takes real domain fluency.

The name

Strategy. Integration. Impact.

Our name reflects our core mission: integrating business processes on a solid foundation for future growth. In a technology-driven world, marketing is the human element that unifies the business. We champion marketing-centric business models, where marketing drives the whole company instead of sitting in a single department.

Vision

To be the leading resource for businesses aiming to master marketing technology and build integrated, scalable strategies that drive sustainable success.

Mission

To drive efficiency, foster innovation, and cultivate a marketing-driven culture that empowers businesses to achieve sustainable growth and future-proof success through education and strategic support.

How we show up

An extension of your team

Your goals become our goals. The work goes past finishing tasks on a contract: we bring strategy, connect the systems, and hold the results to what the business needs.

Hands-on where it counts

We do the technical and strategic work directly when that is the fastest path, and coordinate partners when it is not.

Vendor and team oversight

Agencies, freelancers, and in-house staff get clear priorities, reviewed work, and one point of accountability.

Education built in

Our Academy articles share frameworks and direction for teams that have time to execute but not the budget to outsource.

See if we are a fit

Tell us where the business is headed and what is in the way. We will tell you honestly whether a fractional engagement, a project, or a visibility retainer makes sense.
